How Our Client Director System Works

Every customer who inquires through our website or marketing channels is assigned to a Client Director. There are no “company direct” customers. All buyers are supported by a professional Client Director.

There are two ways to increase your income as a TopEmeralds.com Client Director:

1.Direct Buyer Sales (Tier 1 Commission)

You bring in a buyer through your own network.
You guide them through the buying process in close cooperation with corporate.
You earn a full commission and additional benefits, including:

  • Full commission under the Tier 1 schedule
  • Protected relationship with your buyer (you earn on all repeat purchases)
  • Eligibility to receive company assigned customers for leads & sales (passive income)
  • Priority access to inventory and scheduling

This is your most valuable opportunity as a Client Director — and it shows us you’re serious about the business.

2.Referred Customers from the Company (Tier 2 Commission)

Once you’ve completed at least one personal sale, you become eligible to receive referred customers — buyers who contact us directly and have not been matched with a Client Director.

We match customers to Client Directors based on:

  • Geographic location (closest Client Director first)
  • A fair rotation system, so no one receives a second referral until all eligible Client Directors receive one
  • Client Director qualification status (must have completed one personal sale to qualify)

These referred customers are potential buyers ready to be guided through an online viewing appointment and in-person inspection process which is coordinated with corporate.

Referred customer sales are paid under our Tier 2 commission schedule, which differs from Tier 1. Details are outlined in your Client Director Agreement.
