At Top Emeralds, Inc., our process is designed to ensure that every buyer receives personal attention, transparent pricing, and access to the finest mine-direct emeralds in the world.

Whether you’re a jeweler, collector, or investor, we make your experience professional, secure, and rewarding from the very first step.

Step 1: Submit a Buyer Inquiry

Getting started is simple. Just fill out our Interested Buyer Inquiry Form, or if working with one of our Client Directors, have them submit it on your behalf. This form collects basic contact information and helps us begin the scheduling process.

If no Client Director is detected, you will be asked whether you are working with one already.

  1. If yes, you’ll enter your Client Director’s ID # to qualify for special discounted pricing and enjoy personalized support.
  2. If no, we’ll assign a knowledgeable Client Director to service your account. This ensures you will receive a high-level of support and our pricing discounts.

Working with a Client Director means better service, access, and savings.

You’ll have someone available to answer your questions, help prepare for your appointment, and walk you through the process.

Step 2: Schedule a Live Online Viewing

After your inquiry is received, you’ll be invited to view our available emerald inventory through a live online preview. This session gives you a close-up look at the types of lots we offer — including carat sizes, cut styles, and overall clarity and quality.

These viewings are professional, secure, and one-on-one — offering you the opportunity to ask questions and evaluate your level of interest before scheduling a physical appointment.

Step 3: Basic Buyer Vetting & Proof of Funds

After your inquiry is received and one of our Client Directors is assigned to service your account, you will be invited to view our available emerald inventory through a live online preview. This session gives you a close-up look at the types of lots we offer — including carat sizes, cut styles, and overall clarity and quality.

These viewings are professional, secure, and one-on-one — offering you the opportunity to ask questions and evaluate your level of interest before scheduling a physical appointment.

Step 4: Schedule In-Person Appointment in Miami Beach

Once vetted and approved, you’ll be invited to our private showroom in Miami, Florida, where you can inspect the emerald lots in person. Appointments are scheduled in advance and held in a secure, professional setting.

You are welcome to bring:

  • Your personal jeweler or gemstone expert
  • Family members or business partners
    (Maximum group size: 4 people total)
  • Groups over 4 people need approval

Step 5: Inspect, Reserve & Complete the Purchase

During your appointment:

  • You’ll inspect the actual emeralds you are considering for purchase.
  • Once you’ve made your selection, the lot will be sealed and reserved in your name.
  • You’ll receive instructions to complete the wire transfer payment within the agreed timeframe.
  • All transactions are transparent and conducted professionally.

Important Buyer Notes

  • In-Person Transactions Only
    We do not ship emeralds or offer online checkout. All purchases are made in person to protect both the buyer and the integrity of the product.
  • Optional Insured Shipping via Brinks
    After your in-person purchase, you can arrange fully insured delivery via Brinks, if you prefer not to carry your gemstones yourself.
  • No Hidden Fees or Upsells
    What you see is what you get — pricing is upfront, and you are never pressured.
